My fiance and I ate at your restaurant last Thursday and it was the best  meal we have had at a restaurant-probably ever. I had the squash stuffed ravioli and it was excellent. It was our first time at the restaurant and we hope you are there for a long time. Thank you!

Dear Chef RC,

My wife and I really enjoyed your cooking class last night.  As a vegetarian, I appreciate the accommodations you made to include me in the event.  Vegetarians always notice when a chef takes the time and attention to make us feel welcome, and you are the best example of that I've found since moving to the midwest.  I often order your "vegetarian pasta of the day" when we dine at Big Tomato's, and it's always different and always delicious.  We've already recommended your restaurant to our friends (including other vegetarians and one kosher neighbor) and will continue to do so enthusiastically.
